This mod will allow you to focus on game and have actual fun instead of efficient leveling and jumping under the roof/sneaking into walls for hours to get those +5 to attributes and finishing game with same all-maxed-skills-super-boring-class every time. The only way your character's level advances is by gaining ten levels (in any combination) of the character's major skills. Although the game is not balanced for Oblivion XP, you can self-impose restrictions on yourself while leveling or up the difficulty to compensate.
